Diastolic Pressure is the arterial pressure between beats. Diastolic is the bottom number in your blood pressure reading.
Example: If blood pressure is 112/78, systolic is 112 and diastolic are 78.

BMI Calculator, BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measurement of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 years. BMI can be used to indicate if you are obese, overweight, underweight or normal. A healthy BMI score is between 20 and 25.

due date calculator

In order to calculate your baby's due date, add seven days to the date of your last menstrual cycle date and then add nine months. You can use the Pregnancy, Birth and Baby due date calculator to work out when your baby is due. For example, if your last period started on 1 December, adding seven days will make, 8 December.

Ovulation happens about two weeks before the next expected menstrual cycle date. So if your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14.
